ZWORNTURF is een nieuw trio rond Frank Deruytter, Jozef Dumoulin en
Dré Pallemaerts.
Deze levende Jazzlegendes, die hun strepen al lang verdiend hebben bij
o.a. Bobby Womack, Mark Turner, Dave Liebman, Reggie Washington,
Peter Erskine, Mal Waldron, Archie Shepp, John Scofield, Elliot Murphy,
etc..., nemen jullie mee in een wondere wereld waar melodie en
virtuositeit hand in hand gaan.
Hun gezamenlijke liefde voor improvisatie en het creëren van frisse
muziek, komt uit verschillende professionele achtergronden.

Frank developed his own personal style in Jazz, funk and Pop.

appeared with many soloists, such as: Arnett Cobb, Mal Waldron, Archie
Shepp, John Scofield, Tom Harrel, Chris Potter, etc...
In 2007, he was awarded "The Klara Prize (Jazz)" for his first album as a
leader: ”Pan Harmonie”, and "The Belgian Django d’Or" in 2008.”
